In the event of a technical issue, customers are invited to contact ALP-X Engineering for guidance and support.

ALP-X Engineering provides complimentary after-sales service on all bikes purchased from us, covering labor cost and servicing — excluding normal wear and tear, consumable parts, and accidental damage.

For cases requiring further inspection, the bicycle may need to be returned to ALP-X Engineering for evaluation.
