All bikes include a 2-year ALP-X Engineering warranty from the date of purchase.
If you experience a technical issue, simply contact ALP-X Engineering for expert support and assistance.
We provide FREE AFTER-SALES SUPPORT on every bike purchased from us, including labour and servicing. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, or accidental damage.
If a more detailed inspection is required, the bike may need to be returned to ALP-X Engineering for evaluation.
