Collection by Appointment — Switzerland

ALP-X bikes and components are sold following an in-person viewing by appointment. All orders are fulfilled via direct collection at our location in Switzerland.

Standard Orders

Preparation & Dispatch Time All orders are custom prepared and assembled in Switzerland 🇨🇭. Orders are dispatched within 14–21 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times (Transit time after dispatch via UPS)

  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland: 2–3 business days
  • 🇫🇷 France: 5–7 business days
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe (EU): 5–7 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available only in Switzerland — conditions displayed at checkout.

Carriers We ship via UPS depending on destination and package size.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties For international orders outside Switzerland, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

After-Sales Service Returns

For bicycles requiring maintenance or repair under the ALP-X after-sales service programme, return logistics are arranged directly with ALP-X Engineering. Depending on your location, ALP-X will either provide a secure shipping box for safe transportation or organise a direct hand-to-hand collection and return. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at info@alpxbikes.com — we will resolve the issue promptly.

Pre-Orders

Orders are available for in-person collection only, from the confirmed shipment date communicated at the time of purchase.
