Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product not yet available in inventory. A deposit of CHF 500 is required at checkout to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon collection.

Orders are available for in-person collection only, from the confirmed shipment date communicated at the time of purchase.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Due to the in-person nature of all sales, you are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the goods prior to collection — this is your right and opportunity to verify the product before taking ownership. Once collection has been completed, cancellations and returns are not accepted, unless the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.
