ALP-X Engineering provides free after-sales service on all bikes purchased from us, covering labor cost and servicing — excluding normal wear and tear, consumable parts, and accidental damage.

For cases requiring further inspection, the bicycle may need to be returned to ALP-X Engineering for evaluation.
