Complimentary After-Sales Service

At ALP-X Engineering, we provide complimentary after-sales labour on all bicycles and products purchased through our company.

This service covers labour and technical support for maintenance and repairs, excluding normal wear-and-tear items such as chains, bearings, brake pads, tyres, and other consumable components.

We believe that a successful customer relationship extends far beyond the initial purchase. Our goal is to build long-term trust and ensure that every rider enjoys the best possible experience with their bike. Your riding enjoyment is our success.

Recommended Service Intervals

To maintain optimal performance, safety, and longevity, we recommend a professional service approximately every 2,000 km. This interval provides an excellent balance between preventative maintenance and everyday use, helping your bicycle perform reliably for many years to come.

How Does It Work?

If your bicycle requires maintenance or repair, simply complete the service request form below. Once our team has reviewed your submission, we will contact you to discuss the work required, request any additional information if necessary, and provide a detailed quotation for approval.

Once approved, we will arrange the most convenient solution for you. Depending on your location, we can either provide a secure shipping box for safe transportation of your bicycle or organize a direct hand-to-hand collection and return process.

What Does Our Service Include?

Every maintenance service performed by ALP-X Engineering includes a high quality inspection and preparation of your bicycle to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability.

Our standard service includes:

  • Complete bicycle cleaning and lubrication

  • Inspection and torque check of all critical fasteners

  • Wheel trueness and spoke tension inspection

  • Brake system inspection and brake fluid replacement when required

  • Bearing inspection (headset, bottom bracket, wheel hubs) and adjustment of any detected play

  • Electronic groupset diagnostics and firmware updates when applicable

  • Identification and replacement of components as identified during the service assessment or specified in the service request form — a detailed quotation will be provided for approval prior to any parts being ordered or replaced. Component costs are not included in the complimentary after-sales labour.

Each bicycle undergoes a detailed quality control process before being returned to its owner, ensuring it meets the high standards expected from ALP-X Engineering.
